Since day one Julien has foraged native plants and flowers around Dunedin to create the unique and awarded spirits. Join our Master Distiller for a full immersion as forager. An exclusive and unique half day to discover the secret of Aotearoa. You'll learn how use native plants in spirits during a small hike around Dunedin.
The journey will finish at the distillery to be initiated into distillation with the natives you haveforaged.
