Horopito Gin
“Citrus and Peppery” - 42% ABV - 700ml.
Four waves of  citrus, cardamom, cinnamon, and the piquancy of Horopito.
On the nosing you are blinded by a flash-bang of orange, cardamon and a hint of cordite. When tasting, the gin bursts through your trap peppering you with sustained, accurate heat that gives way to a body of cardamom and cinnamon. As it walks away from you, the little bugger fires off a Parthian shot of pepper. The finish has a zesty orange citrus and the sweet smell of victory.
 
Founders Classic Gin
 “Smooth, bright & beautifully balanced” - 44% ABV - 700ml.
No8 Founder's Classic Gin is a refined expression of tradition and craft. Juniper leads with clarity, while Motueka Hops, apple, lime and lemon bring fresh brightness.
Pink peppercorn, coriander and nutmeg add subtle spice, creating balance and depth. Distilled in Dunedin, it's the taste of no8's new classic gin era.
 
Dunners Dry Gin
"Bushy and herbaceous" - 42% ABV - 700ml
It's not a classic London dry gin, but our vision of what a NZ dry gin can be - smooth, bushy & dry.
On the nose this gin is weighed down by Kawakawa while the citrus notes of lemon, orange, and grapefruit light up your olfactory bulb. Thyme lurks in the background. On tasting, the kawakawa is still predominant, but the thyme comes to the fore along with layers of sage, liquorice, and tarata, which binds all these aromas together. There is a long liquorice and citrus finish.
This gin is a mix of traditional herbs from the Mediterranean and Aotearoa.
 
Hibiscus Gin
“Pink, Floral and Spices” - 42% ABV - 700ml.
Orange bitter marmalade, Asian spice and floral notes.
On the nose we have sweet yuzu and kaffir lime. On tasting, the spices rub your cheeks from the inside eventually giving way to the exotic tartness of  passionfruit, ginger, gorse flowers (which give it a coconut aroma), with the kaffir lime leaf cutting through in the base.
The gin is a unique recipe and colored by macerating hibiscus petals in the gin after distillation. Being a natural coloring, it will fade if exposed to sunlight.
